SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Fulfillment & Tracking We ship from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Fittfaves. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations in advance.

Delayed Shipments While we strive to meet all delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, carrier delays). Please contact us if your shipment takes longer than expected.
